24 Jul Regular & Beginners Online Pilates Classes in August
During August, we will continue to host our Pilates Classes online for the safety of all attendees and our staff. Our online classes have proved very popular over the last few months, and, whilst we look forward to all being back in our Pilates Studio sometime soon, we’re delighted to be able to continue offering Pilates in this way.
So if you’re a regular attendee at our Pilates classes or a complete beginner, please contact us urgently to secure your place at one of the online options below.
For those of you who have attended a Pilates Course or 1-to-1 Pilates Session here at Halo in the past, we’re running 4 online classes every week for you during August. You can take part in all of them for a one off payment of only £50, with classes taking place from Saturday 1st August at the following times:
- Every Monday 7.30pm with Jo (Yogalates class)
- Every Wednesday 10am with Nicki
- Every Thursday 7pm with Jo
- Every Saturday 9am with Laura
To book, please email email@example.com as soon as possible. We’ll then get straight back to you regarding payment and send you video links to the classes. Please note that if you attended our beginners classes during July, you are now eligible to book in for these next level classes.
Classes For Beginners
If you’ve never tried Pilates before but want to find out if it’s for you, join our new Online Pilates Classes for Beginners! Classes will take place on 4 Saturday mornings during August, and you can take part in all of them for a one off payment of only £20. Online Pilates Classes for Beginners will take place as follows:
- 10.15am – Saturday 1st August
- 10.15am – Saturday 15th August
- 10.15am – Saturday 22nd August
- 10.15am – Saturday 29th August

Please be aware the Monday class is Yogalates (a mix of Yoga and Pilates), and is a higher level than the other classes. You are welcome to join all classes, but please work at a level you are used to and do not attempt anything you are not comfortable with. Please note you are responsible for working at your own pace in all classes and we cannot accept liability for any injuries resulting from taking part in these classes. Full payment is required prior to your first class in August, and you will receive Zoom links to allow access to all classes once payment is received. Thank you!
