We’re delighted to welcome Wellbeing & Mindfulness coach, Charlotte Kershaw to Halo.

Charlotte will be running Mindfulness & Relaxation sessions from Halo on Tuesday evenings and has a new 6-week course starting on Tuesday 7th November.

Mindfulness is all about being present and is an amazing practice to help reduce anxiety, stress and help you live a more present life. In Charlotte’s sessions you’ll find yourself feeling present, connected and relaxed as she guides you through meditations each week. Cosy blankets, soothing music, guided meditations and twinkly lights will help you truly take time for your wellbeing once a week.

With a background in mental health, Charlotte knows the importance of being present. It can help you to see things with more clarity, help you feel more in touch with yourself and perhaps more importantly help you to feel calmer. 

Charlotte’s group courses are perfect for anyone looking to improve their self-care, take time to relax more, find new ways to manage stress and be more present. Beginners and experienced meditators are all welcome – and the more diverse the group the better!

Previous attendees have found that attending these sessions helped them sleep better and look at life differently. 

Charlotte’s new 6-week course ‘Mindfulness & Relaxation’ runs from Tuesday 7th November – 12th December, with sessions taking place every Tuesday 7:30-8:30pm.
