05 Apr Workplace Health Visit to Cooper Solutions
Halo’s Deborah Thomas recently visited local automotive technology firm, Cooper Solutions to evaluate its working environment and provide advice to employees on good back health.
The visit included Deborah delivering a presentation on spinal health and the common causes of back pain at work, demonstrating simple exercises that can be carried out in the office to help with back and shoulder mobility, and assessing workstations to ensure good posture was achieved for those sat for long periods.
The feedback received was excellent, and we hope all at Coopers are now sitting more comfortably!
