Pregnancy Pilates

 

New for 2022! Antenatal Pilates classes with Women’s Health Specialist Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor, Gemma Joiner!

 

These Pilates classes concentrate on matters specific to the antenatal period and focus on improving posture, pelvic floor muscle function, pelvic stability, abdominal and core strength, and mobility.

 

Classes will keep your body feeling strong and supple right the way through your pregnancy, ensuring you feel prepared for further motherhood.

 

Who’s it for?

 

Suitable for most pregnant ladies

(Not suitable for twin pregnancies due to the high risk associated with this pregnancy)

 

Schedule 

 

  • 6-week course 
  • One 55-minute face-to-face class every week (6 in total) 
  • One pre-recorded class issued after each face-to-face class to allow continuity of home practice at your convenience (6 in total)

 

Cost

 

  • Only £90
