Mama and Baby Pilates


New for 2022! Mama and Baby Pilates with Women’s Health Specialist Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor, Gemma Joiner!


Postnatal Pilates classes for both Mama and Baby.  


These Pilates classes concentrate on matters specific to the postnatal period and focus on improving posture, pelvic floor muscle function, pelvic stability, abdominal and core strength, and mobility.  


Classes will get your body feeling strong and supple again, so you feel prepared and able for the demands of motherhood.


Who’s it for?


Suitable for those 6 weeks post natural delivery, or 8-12 weeks post caesarean delivery. 

(Not suitable for those in acute pain)




Babies are welcome to attend until they are mobile or crawling off. This is a great way to spend time and bond with your baby as well as meeting other new mothers and babies too.




  • 6-week course 
  • One 55-minute face-to-face class every week (6 in total) 
  • One pre-recorded class issued after each face-to-face class to allow continuity of home practice at your convenience (6 in total)




  • Only £90


We recommend booking a Halo Healthy Mama Check (a postnatal Women’s Health Physiotherapy appointment) prior to attending classes.
