Our Pilates classes, for regular attendees and beginners will continue to take place online during September.

These online classes have been extremely well attended and, from the feedback we’ve received, much enjoyed over the last few months.

They also provide great value, a thorough workout and hopefully some respite from everything we’re all having to deal with in the current world we live in.

We are of course exploring possibilities of classes making a safe return to the studio and watching government advice closely, and will keep updating you regularly, but for now we’ve decided to continue this online programme for the safety of all attendees and our staff.

So if you’re a regular attendee at our Pilates classes or a complete beginner, please contact us now to secure your place at one of the online options below.

Regular Classes

These online classes are available to those who have attended a Pilates Course or 1-to-1 Pilates Session at Halo in the past.

Classes run from Wednesday 2nd September – Wednesday 30th September, and you’re welcome to join all (or as many as possible) of the 4 classes on offer each week for a one off payment of only £50.

September’s classes take place as follows:

  • Every Monday 7.30pm with Jo (Yogalates class)
  • Every Wednesday 10am with Nicki
  • Every Wednesday 7pm with Jo*
  • Every Saturday 9am with Laura

* Please note, Jo’s normal Thursday class is now taking place on a Wednesday

To book, please email as soon as possible. We’ll then get straight back to you regarding payment and send you video links to the classes. Please note that if you attended our beginners classes during August, you are now eligible to book in for these next level classes.

Beginners Classes

Our online Pilates classes for beginners with Laura have proved very popular, and continue in September.

Classes take place every Saturday morning, so if you’re new to Pilates and want to give it a go you can join each of the 4 classes in September for a one off payment of only £20.

September’s classes take place as follows:

  • 10.15am – Saturday 5th September
  • 10.15am – Saturday 12th September
  • 10.15am – Saturday 19th September
  • 10.15am – Saturday 26th September

*Completion of September’s classes for beginners will enable you to progress to our regular classes in October. Although, attendees of previous beginners classes are welcome to remain in them if they prefer.

Please be aware the Monday class is Yogalates (a mix of Yoga and Pilates), and is a higher level than the other classes. You are welcome to join all classes, but please work at a level you are used to and do not attempt anything you are not comfortable with. Please note you are responsible for working at your own pace in all classes and we cannot accept liability for any injuries resulting from taking part in these classes. For beginners, you will need a small rolled-up towel and to wear comfortable clothing for the classes, where many of the movements take place on the floor so you will need a mat or carpeted area to work on. Full payment is required prior to your first class in September, and you will receive Zoom links to allow access to all classes once payment is received. Thank you!
