We’re continuing to do our very best to deliver as many services as possible right now, even though at this time that can only be done via virtual platforms.

Let’s all hope better times return soon and we can move towards a new normal. In the meantime we thank you for your support, feedback and patience during this Covid-19 situation.

One of the services we’ve been determined to carry on delivering alongside our Virtual Physiotherapy appointments is Pilates, and we’re delighted to announce a new series of online classes are now in place for May.

Commencing week beginning 4th May, running for 4 weeks and lead by Jo Buckley, online Pilates classes will take place at the following times:

  • Monday 7.30pm
  • Wednesday 10am
  • Thursday 7pm


The cost to access the entire 4 weeks of classes (12 classes in total) is only £40, and you’re welcome to join as many or as few sessions as you would like.

These online classes are open to all who have attended Pilates at Halo since November 2019, and to book* please email

We do hope as many of you as possible will be able to join us at these classes in May, and it was great to receive such positive feedback on the online Pilates we provided during April. Thank you!

May we take this opportunity to say we hope you’re all staying safe and keeping well during these unusual times. We’re monitoring the situation very closely, and whilst it would be unhelpful to speculate on when our clinics will reopen at the moment, we will be in touch as soon as things become clearer and exact guidelines on how we move forward are firmly in place.

*For safety reasons, online Pilates classes are only available to those who have attended Pilates at Halo in the last 6 months (since Nov 2019). Classes are suitable for all levels, but please be aware the Monday class is Yogalates (a mix of Yoga and Pilates), and is a higher level than the other classes. You are welcome to join all classes, but please work at a level you are used to and do not attempt anything you are not comfortable with. Please note you are responsible for working at your own pace in all classes and we cannot accept liability for any injuries resulting from taking part in these classes.
