30 Jun Online Pilates Classes July/August 2021
We trust you’re all well and are enjoying some summer, even if it is between the showers!
Many thanks to all of you who completed our recent Pilates survey, the feedback has been very helpful for our forward planning.
Looking to July and August, and with lockdown restrictions still in place, our Pilates classes will continue online.
Please see below for full details of our July/August Pilates schedule. We have classes for regular attendees and we’re also offering the chance for you to get back into Pilates, or try it for the first time, with our classes for beginners.
When we reach the end of the schedule below, we’ll take a short break before resuming in September with hopefully a mixture of face to face and online classes!
Classes for Regular Attendees will take place as follows:
- Every Monday 7.30pm with Jo (Yogalates class)
- Every Wednesday 10am with Nicki
- Every Wednesday 7pm with Jo/Chloe
- Every Friday 9.30am with Laura
This course runs for 6 weeks, with the 4 classes above taking place each week, from Monday 5th July – Friday 13th August, and costs £75 to attend. To book please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Classes for Pilates Beginners will take place as follows:
- Every Friday at 9am with Lucy
This course runs for 5 weeks, from Friday 16th July – Friday 13th August, and costs £40 to attend. These classes provide the perfect opportunity to resume taking part in Pilates classes if it’s been a while, or to get involved for the very first time! To book please email email@example.com
