New for 2022 with Women’s Health Specialist Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor, Gemma Joiner!
We’re delighted to announce Halo will be delivering THREE brand new Pilates courses during 2022, which have all been specially designed to focus on women’s health matters throughout every stage of life.
Led by Women’s Health Specialist Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor, Gemma Joiner, these new courses are as follows:
- Pregnancy Pilates
- Mama and Baby Pilates
- Women’s Health Pilates
Each course takes place over 6-weeks, and the first of all three commences in February.
Pregnancy Pilates
Suitable for most pregnant women and designed to keep your body feeling strong and supple right the way through your pregnancy, ensuring you feel prepared for further motherhood.

Mama and Baby Pilates
Suitable for those 6 weeks post natural delivery or 8-12 weeks post caesarean delivery and designed to get your body feeling strong and supple again, so you feel prepared and able for the demands of motherhood. You can even bring baby along!
