08 May New! Pilates Classes for Beginners
A brand new 6-week course of Halo Online Pilates Classes for Beginners launches on 18th May!
This new course is specially designed for complete beginners, for those who haven’t attended a Pilates class for a while and also for regular Pilates attendees who prefer to work at beginner level.
Classes will cover the fundamentals of Pilates, whilst providing a gentle yet rewarding workout focussed on body movement and core strength in order to improve general fitness and wellbeing.
Following the APPI method, classes will be led by Senior Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor, Chloe Davoile, who is vastly experienced in delivering Pilates instruction to participants of all levels. As well as Pilates, Chloe also teaches exercise programmes across many other disciplines, and very much understands the needs of each individual in her classes.
Classes in this 6-week course of Online Pilates Classes for Beginners will run as follows:
- Tuesday 18th May – 7.30pm – 8.30pm
- Tuesday 25th May – 7.30pm – 8.30pm
- Tuesday 8th June – 7.30pm – 8.30pm
- Tuesday 15th June – 7.30pm – 8.30pm
- Tuesday 22nd June – 7.30pm – 8.30pm
- Tuesday 29th June – 7.30pm – 8.30pm
Please note there is no class on Tuesday 1st June
Classes will be hosted on Zoom, and the complete 6-week course is available for a one off payment of £48.

Numbers in classes are restricted in line with APPI guidelines, to give each attendee the best possible experience based on their individual needs, so if you are thinking of booking, please do so urgently!
Completion of this course is also the perfect introduction to other Pilates classes on offer at Halo, for those who wish to progress to more advanced levels.
