APPI and DMA Pilates are suitable for all ages and levels of ability, and act as conditioning exercise programs that targets deep postural muscles of the abdomen and spine to improve core stability and posture.

 

The APPI and DMA Pilates methods were designed by Physiotherapists for use in the rehabilitation setting. As well as focusing on strength and control, it also helps to improve body awareness and breathing control whilst encouraging flowing efficient movement. All of which can aid recovery after injury and illness.

 

At Halo Physio our Pilates courses are designed to suit all abilities and we offer mixed classes.

 

We also offer 1:1 Pilates sessions and Reformer Pilates.

  • Every Monday 5.30 – 6.30pm – Beginners/Intermediate Pilates with Lucy
  • Every Monday 7.00 – 8.00pm – Intermediate/Advanced Pilates with Lisa
  • Every Tuesday 10.00 -11.00am – Beginners/Intermediate Pilates with Jude
  • Every Tuesday 11.15 -12.15am – Beginners/Intermediate Pilates with Gemma
  • Every Wednesday 5.30-630pm – Beginners/Intermediate Pilates with Jude
  • Every Wednesday 6.45 – 7.45pm – Yogalates with Lisa
  • Every Thursday 5.30 – 6.30pm – Beginners/Intermediate Pilates with Nicole
  • Every Friday 9.00 – 10.00am – Beginners/Intermediate Pilates with Lisa
